At Energize Martial Arts we pride ourselves on developing not only high level martial artists but more importantly, confident, Happy, Healthy and well disciplined individuals. In order to work towards your black belt, we ask that students attend a minimum of two classes per week in order to achieve their goals both mentally and physically .
