1st Barnton Scout Group

1st Barnton Scout Hall, Church Road, Barnton, Northwich, Cheshire, UK CW8 4JH

1st Barnton Scout Group is part of the Cheshire Scounting County, and is a member of the Mid-Cheshire District. We are located on the corner of Church Road in Barnton (opposite Hill Top Close) in a 150 year old School building, which has recently undergone a huge rejuvenation project! This project has brought the hall up-to-date and is now much more suited to its use for today's Scouting members. The project was funded by charitable donations and fundraising projects organised by the Leaders and the Committee over the past five years.

We currently operate three sections of the Scout Movement which, are a Beaver Scout Colony, a Cub Scout Pack, and a Scout Troop, and have a total membership in excess of 50 youths and leaders. As always we aim to increase these numbers (both leaders and youths) by promoting the benefits our Group can provide and the unique skills our young members gain through Scouting.

We hope that your son or daughter chooses to join our Group, and that we can help to make a difference in the lives of those children, and youths in the village who are looking for a fun and worthwhile hobby, in which they can learn and develop new and key skills to help both out on a field, and in the workplace. So if you have any enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us, via the enquiries link in the menu on the left side.
